18.3 mile loop through the beautiful Pilot Point and Aubrey countryside

Ticket Includes:

 

Entry to GreenFest (and a t-shirt if you register by September 8th. T-shirts will be provided to registrants afer September 8th on a first come first serve basis as long as shirts are available.)

 

Pre-Registration & Information Packet Pickup:

 

You may pick up your information packet (and t-shirt if you register by September 8th) on Thursday, September 22 and Friday, September 23 at:

 

Denton Bicycle Center

1700 N. Elm St.

Denton, TX 76201

 

GreenFest Bicycle Rally Staff will not be responsible for mailing rally t-shirts to cyclists who fail to ride. 

 

You may also pick up your information packet and t-shirt at check-in the morning of the bicycle rally beginning at 7:30 AM.

 

Details Concerning Entry:

 

Check in is at the GreenFest Bicycle Rally Booth (west side of the parking area) between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM the morning of the ride.

 

Registration includes wristband for entry to GreenFest.

 

Rules:

 

By law, and for your safety and protection, you must abide by all traffic laws throughout the ride. For your safety, helmets are expected to be worn. All riders under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. 

 

Rest Stops/SAG Wagons:

 

There will be two rest stops at the corner of St. Johns and Massey Road and at FM 428 and Zachary Road. Water will be available. If at any point, it is determined that you should not continue, you will be returned to the start by the sag wagon.

 

Medical Facilities:

 

Emergency personnel are onsite at GreenFest and available from local municipalities. 

 

Weather:

 

Late September the weather in north central Texas is generally hot. The average temperature is 90 degrees by mid-afternoon. Riders are cautioned to "plan your ride" considering the temperature and humidity and then be careful to "ride your plan."

 

The rally is subject to cancelation due to severe weather.

 

Refund Policy:

 

There are no refunds.
